I can't help but reminisce though about the unforgettable
moments I've experienced along the way. From my 48 days in paradise on a remote white sandy beach on the southern coast of Utila, to the extraordinary three-month journey driving through South Africa. Breathtaking
landscapes to historic cities, cozy evenings spent beneath the stars to exciting adventures that stretched me to the limit, every experience has been
a testament to the freedom and perspective I gained through early retirement
and embracing the idea of storing up experiences instead of things and of concentrating on improving my mental health instead of my material wealth.
After 10 years of extensive travel, I have learned to better cherish the simple pleasures of savoring home-cooked meals sourced from my own backyard to engaging socially with my community of friends. But as I look forward, I feel a pressing need to address the realities of our current world.
As geopolitical dynamics shift, my ability to cultivate my own food and medicine and the practice of permaculture becomes not just a personal endeavor but a vital strategy for resilience so I can thrive no matter the challenges that lie ahead. It is a journey I hope you will join me on.
So friends, stay tuned for an exciting exploration of Sustainable Living in Turbulent Times!
